Accenture Song wanted to recognize top performers while investing in leadership energy, creativity, and resilience. Traditional recognition and learning approaches felt transactional and misaligned with its creative culture.

THE WORK

We designed an eight-day immersive leadership experience in Lisbon that blended cultural exploration, retail and innovation field learning, facilitated leadership conversations, and collaboration exercises.

 

Leaders returned with renewed energy, stronger relationships, and expanded perspective. Recognition became a strategic lever for leadership development and sustained engagement.
