THE MOMENT
Insignia Systems was navigating growth and increased complexity. While the business was performing well, leadership alignment around vision, values, and priorities had not kept pace. Strategy existed, but it wasn’t unified.


THE WORK
We designed a four-day, highly focused leadership working session in Lisbon, structured to compress months of strategic work into a single week. The program began with a 360° feedback process to surface leadership patterns, blind spots, and misalignment before the team ever arrived.
Once together, leaders worked through a rigorous sequence of facilitated strategy sessions, retail field trips, and cultural programs. They pressure-tested assumptions, made real tradeoffs, and collectively defined a shared vision, mission, values, and strategic priorities—grounded in how the business actually needed to operate going forward.
