INSIGNIA - ALL TEAM
Turning vision and values into everyday action across the business

ALL PROJECTS
THE MOMENT
Insignia had reached a pivotal point. The leadership team had done the hard work of defining a new vision, mission, and values, but like most companies at this stage, the risk wasn’t in the words themselves, it was in whether they would actually show up in the day-to-day.
They were also coming off a period of growth that had started to stretch culture and consistency. Performance conversations weren’t always reflecting reality, and there was a growing gap between how the company wanted to operate and how it was actually showing up.
The question became clear: how do you take something that lives on a slide and turn it into something people feel, believe, and act on?

THE WORK
We designed a Workbreaker experience that treated Minneapolis as the classroom and the business itself as the content. Instead of running a traditional offsite, the day moved between reflection, real-world context, and action.
The team started by grounding in purpose through local stories, then shifted inward, exploring the personal values that shaped how each person shows up at work. From there, we connected those individual beliefs directly to Insignia’s company values, not as abstract ideas, but as standards for how the business operates.
Throughout the day, the city became a catalyst. Walking conversations, historical prompts, and shared experiences pushed the team to think differently about impact, legacy, and the role they play in shaping the company’s future. Those insights were then translated into concrete actions, including team-level commitments and 30- and 90-day plans tied to each value.
By the end, this wasn’t a conversation about values. It was a shift in ownership. People left with clarity on what the company stands for, what it looks like in practice, and what they personally will do to make it real.
