PROGRAM THEME
LEADERSHIP IN THE 21st CENTURY
As we enter a new decade, it is clear that organizations large and small face challenges operating in an increasingly connected world enabled by digital technologies, changing cultural dynamics, and new skills. Our customers, business partners, and teams come from different backgrounds and hold different expectations of their leaders, team, and organizations.
During this week, participants will learn how organizations, brands, and partnerships are connected more than ever, explore new ways of collaboration and innovation, and plan for business demands of the future - all while exploring and living in Lisbon, Portugal!
Program Cost: $4900 USD
LEADERSHIP
SESSIONS
THE CHANGING FACE OF LEADERSHIP
The opening leadership session establishes the leadership theme for the week in an inspiring and provocative way. We want you to think about the world differently and understand how organizational and consumer expectations are changing in the future and what we need, as business leaders, to adapt and be ready.
THE STATUS QUO IS DANGEROUS
What makes companies vulnerable to disruption? Discover and examine industries that have failed or are failing because they did not embrace change. You will learn how to change the harmful beliefs that stunt innovation, collaboration, and business growth.
LEADERSHIP VALUES EXPLORATION
This session is for participants to explore what their most important values are. It’s done in an intuitive and rapid way to encourage participants to follow their intuitive feeling rather than over-thinking and finding the “correct” values. It is a good exercise to use to initiate reflection and dialogue around personal values. These actions can be connected back to an action plan, using everyday actions to live and work more holistically.
SPECIAL GUEST TOPICS
Each program has a special guest presenter on a wide range of topics like expanding teams internationally, rapid innovation, or presenting with impact. Our program leaders work with each group to understand their pressing business needs and create a program designed especially for them.

CULTURE
LISBON, PORTUGAL
Lisbon is at the intersection of the old and new world. As one of the oldest capital cities in Europe, you’ll walk among centuries-old buildings and castles, yet notice that Lisbon is emerging as one of the world’s fastest start up hubs and home to Web Summit, the largest tech conference in the world. You’ll be lost in another era - but with wifi.
Our cultural events are designed to take you and other participants on a journey around the city, learning the historical background of Lisbon and Portugal, while at the same time falling in love with the people, food, and culture.
More than giving you a tourist view of the city, we will take you on a cultural experience and show you how it can reframe the way you think about your business. The old streetcars and outdoor cafes, cobblestone mazes, elaborate tile work, and the endless hills opening to breathtaking views make Lisbon one of Europe’s most charming cities to explore.
