THE MOMENT

As Odele doubled its team, the CEO wanted to proactively build leadership capability and protect culture before growth created friction. No formal leadership development structure existed.

THE WORK

We partnered on a series of quarterly offsites focused on leadership and collaboration, including full-team CliftonStrengths sessions and a leadership-only immersion using Minneapolis as the classroom.

 

Rather than a traditional classroom, we used non-traditional settings across the city to

create memorable, candid conversations that deepened trust and learning. This investment

in leadership capability is directly tied to business results: stronger leaders mean clearer

communication, better delegation, and higher engagement, which in turn supports faster

decision-making, stronger collaboration across functions, and ultimately improved

performance for the brand.

Odele developed a shared leadership language, stronger collaboration, and leaders equipped to coach, communicate, and lead effectively as the company scaled.
