THE MOMENT
Second Home was growing as a community, but like many teams built around experience and service, the pace of day-to-day demands was pulling focus toward the immediate. The team needed space to reconnect with how they work together, not just what they deliver. There was a clear opportunity to strengthen collaboration, build trust, and help individuals reconnect their personal values to the work they show up to every day.
THE WORK
We designed and facilitated a full-day immersive workshop in the Sintra mountains focused on values, self-awareness, and team connection. The experience moved quickly from reflection to action. Participants identified their core values through intuitive exercises, translated those into personal manifestos, and shared them openly with the team.
The structure created a simple but powerful shift. Conversations became more honest, support became more visible, and individuals left with clear commitments on how they would contribute to a better working environment for themselves and for each other.
