LEADERSHIP
SESSIONS
THINK BIG, ACT FAST
The opening leadership session establishes the leadership theme for the week in an inspiring and provocative way. Throughout the Workbreaker week, you'll define (or perhaps refine) your values, vision and purpose. We want you to think about the world differently and understand how you can be ready for change and take on new challenges.
LEADERSHIP VALUES EXPLORATION
This session is for participants to explore what their most important values are and where they come from. It’s done in an intuitive and rapid way to encourage participants to follow their intuitive feeling rather than over-thinking and finding the “correct” values. It is a good exercise to use to initiate reflection and dialogue around personal values. By better understanding our values, we will be able to unlock how to align all aspects of our life to live more purpose filled. You will learn how you can start working toward goals that align with your values and purpose. These actions will be connected back to an action plan in further sessions, using everyday actions to live and work more holistically.
CREATING SATISFACTION
To truly thrive, you will need to forge an authentic personal and professional identity that satisfies your financial, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Learn Twanna’s “unbought and unbossed” method of expanding creative expression to develop a wealth of spirit. If you’re craving personal or career development that pushes you to the next level, Twanna’s session will give you the tools you need to build a life that you love — anywhere in the world.
YOUR PERSONAL BRAND
Much like the brands you know and love from a consumer perspective (where you spend your time, money, and resources), we ourselves are brands and can think of how we best position and market ourselves and show & tell a compelling and consistent brand story to encourage the right companies, collaborators, even friendships and partnerships to meaningfully engage with us. Tapping into Lauren's background as a marketer, recruiter, creative strategist and coach, you'll leave this session with practical next steps to think through the most impactful ways to share who you are and what you have to offer — whether it's in your next job interview, as an entrepreneur or in exchanges with a new person you meet.

CULTURE
LISBON, PORTUGAL
Lisbon is at the intersection of the old and new world. As one of the oldest capital cities in Europe, you’ll walk among centuries-old buildings and castles, yet notice that Lisbon is emerging as one of the world’s fastest start up hubs and home to Web Summit, the largest tech conference in the world. You’ll be lost in another era - but with wifi.
Our cultural events are designed to take you and other participants on a journey around the city, learning the historical background of Lisbon and Portugal, while at the same time falling in love with the people, food, and culture.
More than giving you a tourist view of the city, we will take you on a cultural experience and show you how it can reframe the way you think about your business. The old streetcars and outdoor cafes, cobblestone mazes, elaborate tile work, and the endless hills opening to breathtaking views make Lisbon one of Europe’s most charming cities to explore.
